DJ Little, Minister of Junior High Students & Recreation

D.J. was born in Kansas City, KS and then lived there for 27 years. D.J. started attending church at the age of 3 because his parents wanted the church to have an impact on his life. His parents played a vital role in instilling Christian values into his life. At the age of 5 after several opportunities to hear the gospel in his home and the children's programs at church, D.J. accepted Christ as his personal Savior from his sins; one year later, he was baptized as an act of obedience in following Christ.

As D.J. grew, his involvement in the church increased. The church's youth ministry gave him opportunities to preach, teach, and put his faith into action. It was at camp, that D.J. felt the Lord calling him into vocational ministry. He attended Faith Baptist Bible College studying as a youth ministry major. In 2002, D.J. started volunteering as a children's church teacher. God opened doors and he was invited to join the staff at his home church as the Director of Children's Ministry.

Camp not only had an impact in his spiritual life, it had in his personal life. While taking a group of children and teenagers to camp, D.J. met Laura, now his wife. In November of 2005, D.J. and Laura were married. In January 2008, D.J. and his wife was lead by the Lord to join the staff.
